Kanga Dig It were suffering from the challenges of a lot of small, service based businesses. They were either too busy or too slow with their workload. Owner Garry has 3 full time staff and a list of many happy clients from the past 7 years but didn't have anything in place to keep in touch with them.
Our challenge was to get his brand back in front of those clients and encourage word of mouth referrals amongst their networks. As Kanga Dig It didn't have budget for large and expensive ad campaigns, we worked with the current list to achieve regular enquiry and quotes for Garry.
After an initial marketing plan was developed by our team, we undertake all branding, graphic design and web design for the business.

- Email newsletter to the client base to reintroduce the business to them and encourage return business

By developing and executing a regular, structured marketing plan, we have evened out the work load for the Kanga Dig It team throughout the year. No longer are there quiet periods in the winter and the team can focus on doing great landscaping work for their clients.
