Smart Cut Cabinetry Supplies is at the cutting edge of the cabinetry supply industry. Their clients are cabinet makers wishing to run their business with more 'smarts' by using Smart Cut to do their heavy lifting. Smart Cut offer cabinet makers a flat pack solution that can be delivered to their workshop or work site which includes board, bench-tops, hinges and handles.

Smart Cut have a very specific target market.  Their services are for cabinet makers, some builders and other trades. Blanket advertising to the general public was not going to work in growing their customer base. We needed to find a way to reach this target audience using a limited budget.

After an initial marketing plan was developed by our team, we undertake all branding, graphic design and web design for the business. 

  • Videography of current clients 
  • Videography and photography in the Smart Cut factory to showcase their impressive automated production line
  • Website updates & landing pages
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Signage (including directional and way finding)
  • Social Media posting and boosting
  • Development of Google Ads campaigns with an external supplier
  • Liasion with software developers and business managers
  • Regular meetings and statistics reporting from all digital platforms such as social media, website and Google listing.

By analysing and exporting data from their ordering system, we were able to setup a highly targetted email audience.  We could send regular customers emails about new software features whilst reiterating to inactive and older customers how easy the system is to use, as well as the many benefits of using SmartCut, addressing any barriers to entry.
